Radiant Riley.

Riley is just about the sweetest thing ever. While we were chatting in the car on our way to the different spots I often forgot that she was going to be a senior in high school. She's very mature and carries herself so well, yet she still maintains an innocent sweetness. She was up for anything ( she jumped the barbed wire fence like a champ) and had a giddy smile on the entire time.

Lately it seems like I've gotten along so well with the people I've taken pictures for. After pictures I feel like I'm walking away with friend not clients.  It was the same case with Riley. Our shoot lasted for a good 4 hours, so we had time to get to know each other! We discussed boar hunting, borrowing our sisters clothes, how we are both crazy for Emimem's new song, and if there could be dead bodies in the ditches we were walking in. ( hehe, sorry Riley, I just had to mention them again!! )

Riley, You are such a gem, and you look sooo gorg in these pictures.  I hope you love 'em!!
ps. Yes, her eyes are that ridiculously blue.

Kelsey.

This is my beautiful friend. She's off in D.C living the big girl life. A few days before she left I took some  pictures of her in a little field, and brought along my  new new best friend: My portable fan.

Kelsey is the type of girl that ever person wants to have around them. She is absolutely hysterical and my cheeks often hurt after I hang out with her. One of my favorite places in the entire world is the kitchen at her parents house. I have had many long chats in there with my closest friends. We can usually be found eating leftovers from something  Shawn cooked up, and sipping on wine poured by  Shelly.  Her parents are amazing people and have raised her to be a wonderful person that I feel very lucky to call my friend.

She also has a killer wink that she breaks out when she's at the bars! :)

Class is in Session.

I'd like to introduce Miss Gettman - the teacher!
Ashley just got into the Teach For American program, and will be teaching in Colorado for the next two years!  She had been waiting for the day when she would find out, and when she called me and said, "I got in!!" I screamed like a proud mother at a toddler beauty pagent - No joke!
We've had so many long conversations and late night chats about our future and not knowing what we're going to do. I'm so happy for her that she finally has a path to go on !
She is going to do amazing in this be adventure, and  couldn't deserve it more.
Here is the new teacher looking ohhhhhh so fine and ready to spread some of her wisdom to some kiddos!

Hello Gorgeous.
